Gran Hotel Gervasoni is located in Paseo Gervasoni Nº 1; one of the main
tourists’ walks of Valparaíso where you have an exceptional view of the
port. This Hotel Boutique is situated in Concepción hill, an important area
which has been declared Historical Patrimony of the Humanity by UNESCO’s
World Heritage in 2003. You can easily arrive at the hotel from the subway station ‘Puerto’, then
you take the lift (funicular) Concepción. The entrance is in front of the
clock building ‘Turri’ in Pasaje Elias. This is the oldest of 15 funiculars
that are still working in Valparaíso.
In the heart of this Historical Patrimony of Humanity and on Concepcion
hill, Grand Hotel Gervasoni opens its doors and invites you to submerge into
a history that brings alive the architecture, design and art of the
Victorians times with European influences.
Following the classic architectural lines of Valparaiso with an interesting
new touch, this large house built in 1870, tries to bring back the past
